Returns Policy

Returns are only permitted in the event that the incorrect goods is shipped or the package is damaged. We ask that you notify us of any damage or shortages as soon as possible. You have 48 hours from the time you get the package to report any problems. Every item that is returned needs to be brand-new, unused, and still have all of its original tags and labels.

Please email our customer service at info@prequelindia.com with the product ID which you want to return and specify the reason.

Refunds Policy

We will handle your return or exchange after receiving it and examining the item’s condition. To handle your return or exchange, please give us at least seven days after you get your item. It can take one or two billing cycles for refunds to show up on your bank statement. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
